FRAHM.
SHEARER.
A telegram received by Mrs. H.J Zeuch Friday morning brings the sad news of the death, in Minneapolis, of Mrs. Grace Russell Shearer, daughter of the late Ed. Russell, formerly editor of the old Gazette of this city. Mrs. Shearer was born in this city about twenty-four years ago. She attended the public schools here and made friends without number. When he father moved to Minneapolis the friendships formed here were not broken, many Davenporters having visited her at her father’s, and later at her own home. No intimation had been received of her illness, and the news of her death comes with a sudden shock here. She was one of the brightest and most lovable of women, and a conscientious Christian.

Deceased was married to Charles W. Shearer about four years ago, and they had a most pleasant home at No. 2629 Pillsbury avenue, Minneapolis. She leaves behind her husband and a little girl, two and a half years of age, two sisters, Mrs. John N. Greer, and Miss Alice Russell, and one brother, Charles, the death of her father and mother having preceded hers. The only relative in this city is Mrs. F. Robinson.
