He married Vernia Lee Fry January 1st, 1924 in Cass County, Indiana.

He was also the father of Keith, Kenneth, and Margaret Ann.

Enos Berkshire, 77, of Rt. 1, Camden,
died Friday, September 28, 1979, at
White County Memorial Hospital,
Monticello.
Born Aug. 27, 1903, in Washington
Township, Carroll County, he was the
son of William and Amy Harvey
Berkshire. He was married Jan. 1,1924,
in Royal Center, to Vemie Lee Fry , who
died July 24, 1971.
A retired farmer, he was a member
of the Crooked Creek Christian Church.
Surviving are three sons, Orville
Berkshire of Rt. 1, Camden, Keith
Berkshire of Rt. 1, Bumettsville,
and Kenneth Berkshire of Rt. 3, Delphi;
two daughters, Nettie Hinkle of Rt. 2,
Logansport, and Margaret Vernon of
Switz City; two brothers, Fred and
Quincy Berkshire , both of Royal
Center; two sisters, Martha Lard of
Crystal Land, Fla., and Alice Cass of
Royal Center, 13 grandchildren, and
four great-grandchildren.
Two brothers and two sisters
preceded him in death.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m.
Monday at the Sullivan Funeral Home
Camden, with the Rev. Robert Cree and
the Rev. Ray French officiating. Burial
was in the Camden Cemetery.
