Born May 24, 1913 in Bight, Long Island, Bahamas. Mrs. Bullard, age 87, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL went to be with her Lord on Friday, March 17, 2000 after a brief illness. A lifelong resident of Riviera Beach, FL, she was loved and cherished by her family and friends. She is now resting in the hands of God. Mrs. Bullard was preceded in death by a daughter, Ramona Fahey, a sister Dollie Mae Wells, a son, Sinclair Carroll, and a son-in-law George Strauser.
She is survived by two devoted sons: Gary Bullard and wife Betty, of Palm Beach Gardens and Bobby Bullard and wife, Jimi Lou, of Greenville, SC; three devoted daughters: Barbara Strauser of Palm Beach Gardens, Brenda Pitsios and husband Ted of Mobile, Alabama, and Elaine Thompson of Palm Beach Gardens; son-in-law, Jim Fahey; three sisters: Irene Bucholtz of Avon Park, FL, Juanita Jackson of Royal Palm Beach, and Verdye Bailey of Palm Beach Gardens; two brothers: Birk Carroll of Melbourne, FL and Glen Carroll of Palm Beach Gardens; 20 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 2-3 and 6-8 pm on Monday, March 20 at Wm. N. Howard Funeral Home, 754 U.S. Highway One, North Palm Beach. Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, March 21 at Country Estates Church of God with Pastor Larry Richardson officiating. Interment will follow at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mrs. Bullard may be made to either Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33407 or Country Estates Church of God, 14156 64th Drive North, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418.
