Miss Borkowski retired from the former St. John's Seminary, Kansas City, as a domestic employee. She also had worked a the former Westab, St. Joseph.
Born Nov. 19, 1909, in St. Joseph, she lived her entire life in the St. Joseph area.
Miss Borkowski was a member of St. James Catholic Church, St. Joseph; St. James Altar Society, of the church; and the Catholic Order of Foresters.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Emma; a brother, John W.; and a half sister, Julia Hines.
Surviving: a sister, Josephine, of the home.
Mass of Christian Burial: Wednesday July 7, 1999, Horigan Chapel, St. Joseph, MO.
Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery, St. Joseph, MO.
