Mass will be celebrated Monday at 9 30 a m in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Indio for Charles Albert Schroeter, 64, of Indio. He died Tuesday in Indio. Rosary will be recited Sunday at 8 p.m. in the FitzHenry Funeral Home chapel in Indio Visitation will be Sunday at the chapel from 5 to 9 p.m. A resident of the desert area for 21 years, Mr. Schroeter is survived by his wife, Marjorie; two sons, Howard Schroeter of Palm Desert and Dennis Schroeter of Indio; four brothers, Clarence Schroeter, Frederick Schroeter Stephen, Owin Schroeter and Linden, all of Kansas; and three sisters. Milda McMillian, Helen Sater and Doris Harold, all of Kansas. Burial in Coachella Valey Cemetery.
