Dana Paul Hebert passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2014, at the age of 60. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2014
at 10 AM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Eunice. Deacon David Guillory will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice.

Dana is survived by his wife, Cindy Matt Hebert of Eunice, LA; one son, Chad Paul Hebert and wife Elissa of Lafayette, LA; two brothers,
Gregg Hebert of Eunice, LA, and Randal Hebert of Houston, TX; four grandchildren, Garet Hebert, Lindsy Hebert, Caleb Hebert, and Olivia Hebert.

Dana was preceded in death by his parents, Webb Hebert and Lillie Mae Miller Hebert; one son, Toby Charles Hebert; one granddaughter,Molly Hebert.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Friday, September 26, 2014, from 9 AM to 10 PM. A rosary will be prayed at 6 PM by
Deacon David Guillory. The funeral home will reopen at 8 AM Saturday for visitation until time of service.

Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
