“Joseph Koralik, the Tisch Mills man who was shot while hunting on Sunday died at the hospital in this city early today and the body has been taken to Tisch Mills for burial. Koralik was injured by the accidental discharge of a gun in the hands of a companion the shot lodging in the leg Koralik was in advance of his companion and when the latter attempted to remove a shell from his gun it was exploded, striking Koralik in the leg, just about the knee. Koralik suffered severely. Koralik was a blacksmith located 4 miles from Tisch Mills and was well known throughout that section of the county. He was 30 years of age and leaves a widow and four small children to mourn his untimely death. Koralik’s death was due to accident and no inquest will be held.”
