ZIONSVILLE - Floyd Q. Cain, 66, of Zionsville, formerly of Bloomington, died Friday at Veterans Administration Hospital in Indianapolis.

Born April 25, 1926, in Bloomington, he was the son of Zackery [sic] and Zora (Brown) Cain. He was employed by Butler University for 25 years and had last worked in the maintenance department. He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Bessie (Bruce) Cain; two sons, John Cain of Zionsville and Ronald Ray Cain of Indianapolis; two daughters, Connie May Naito of Temple, Texas, and Gloria Lee Everhard of Indianapolis; one brother, Charles Kenneth Cain of Bloomington; three sisters, Mary Waldrip of Morgantown, Ellen Todd and Margie Roger [sic], both of Bloomington; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Flanner and Buchanan Mortuary in Zionsville with the Rev. Guy Armstrong officiating. Burial will be at Clear Creek Cemetery in Bloomington.

Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
