Mrs. George (Helen) Radey, 61, of Rt. 1, Brillion, died Monday in Green Bay, following a brief illness. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Wieting
Funeral Home and 10:30 a.m. in St. Mary Catholic Church, Brillion. The Revs. Raymond Dowling and Edward Radey will officiate and burial will be in St. Patrick Cemetery, Maple Grove.
Mrs. Radey, nee Helen Dugan, was born Aug. 17, 1916 in Manitowoc County, daughter of the late Tom and Cristina Vechart Dugan. She was married to George Radey Oct.
9, 1934 in Maple Grove. Mr. and Mrs. Radey farmed in the Town of Franklin until 1966 when they moved to Brillion. She was employed at Brillion Iron Works and was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Paul (Darlene) Shimek of Clarks Mills and Mrs. Joe (Diane) Konitzer of Brillion; four brothers, Joe Dugan Sr. of
Valders, Archie of Reedsville, Mike of Chandler, Ariz., and John of Whitelaw; two sisters, Mrs. Louis (Stella) Hill of Manitowoc and Mrs. Victor (Agnes) Konop of
Cato eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A son and two sisters preceded her in death.
Friends may call in the funeral home after 3:30 o'clock this Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday until the time of service. A wake service will be 8 o'clock Tuesday evening.
