CHRISTOPHER R. ARREY, 19, died Sunday, April 3, 1994, in San Antonio as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident. He was born in Irving, Texas and moved to Houston in 1983. In Houston he attended the Strafe Jesuit High School for two years, and then moved to San Antonio 1991, and completed his senior year at Antonian College Preparatory High School. Chris later attended Texas A & M and San Antonio College. He participated in and enjoyed sports. Survivors include his mother, Nanette D. Arrey of San Antonio; his father, Tony R. Arrey of Houston; his maternal grandmother, Mavis S. Dion of Dallas; his paternal grandparents, G.T. and Holly Arrey of New Mexico; and numerous aunts and uncles and cousins. A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 5, 1994 at St. Matthew's Catholic Church in San Antonio, and a Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 6, 1994, at St. Matthew's Catholic Church with the Rev. Msgr. John Flynn as celebrant. Burial will follow at Mission Burial Park North, San Antonio. In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Vincent DePaul Building Fund at St. Matthew's Catholic Church, 10703 Wurzbach Rd., San Antonio, TX. 78230, or to the Pilgrim Center of Hope, 7680 Joe Newton Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78251.
