Master Sgt. James Allee died at his home surrounded by his family.
He was the son of the late John Franklin Allee and Edith Grace Bybee Allee.
He served in the U.S. Army for 20 years before retiring in 1967, and would then go on to retire from Black and Decker after 25 years of service. He was currently employed at Breezewood Day Care.
He is survived by his wife, a daughter and three sons.
