Douglas Leroy Albert, 45, died Friday at his home near Blacksburg. Surviving are his wife, Birdie
Jane Linkous Albert, a daughter, Mrs. Peggy Creed; one son, Kenneth Albert, both of Blacksburg;
five sisters, Mrs. Helen Walters, Mrs. Mildred Roberts, Mrs. Ruth Huff, all of Christiansburg, Mrs. Dorothy Brescia, Portsmouth and Mrs. Cynthia Shepherd Norfolk; two brothers, Wallace R. Albert, Drexel L. Albert, both of Christiansburg. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. yesterday at Merrimac Church with burial In Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
