She was born Oct. 6, 1923, the daughter of Harley William Rucker & Mabel J. Cross Rucker.
She was the beloved wife of Lloyd Nelson Fox, whom she married on Feb 6, 1944 in Elkins, Randolph, West Virginia, and the mother of Harley Nelson Fox.
She was a registered nurse in York, Pa., Grafton, Morgantown, and Cumberland, Md., and was a graduate of the Davis Memorial Hospital School of Nursing.
Graveside services were at the Belington Fraternal Cemetery at the family plot.
Funeral arrangements were by Soxman Funeral Homes Ltd., Morasco Chapel in Penn Hills, Pa.
