Betty Ann HOGAN, age 88, went home to be with the Lord with her family at her side on Tuesday March 21, 2006 at 6:00 AM. She was born September 25, 1917 in Jackson County, Kentucky, the daughter of John and Victoria (Bowling) Stewart. She leaves her loving and devoted husband of 50 years, Vernon Hogan; she also leaves to cherish her memory her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, Roy Vaughn and wife, Juanita of Williamsdale, Maudie Vaughn of Williamsdale, Raymond Vaughn and his wife, Barbara of Virginia, Perry Bokeno of Hamilton, Jeff Vaughn and his wife, Kris of Trenton, Raye Jean and her husband, Jack Wiseman of Williamsdale, Chris McIntosh, Raymond Vaughn, Jr. of Virginia, Amanda Vaughn of New Miami, Jeremy and his wife Jennifer of New Miami, Wanda (Randy) Jones and their children Travis and Trista, Shari (Donny) Rose, Timothy Smith, Billy (Tina) Smith and their children Ashley, Tara, Alyssa, Tristan, and Cory; Nancy (Earl) Phillips and their daughter, Lauren!
, JoAnn (Butch) Harris and their children Chris and Josh, James Lewis, Richard (Jennifer) Lewis and their children Amanda and Erin, and a loving grand puppy Pugsley, who brought her much joy. Mrs. Hogan was preceded in death by her parents, grandson, Rocco Bokeno, and brothers and sisters, Mount, Dan, Bob, Everett, Golden, Lucrety, Sara, Eva, and Goldie. The family would like to express their appreciation to Patricia Smith, Jo Husky, and her son Tom for their love and support, and a special thank-you to Senior Independence, Vitas Hospice, Dr. Shah, and Christy for their love and compassion. Betty will be missed by all the many family and friends that loved and cared for her. Visitation will be held at The Webster Funeral Home, 3080 Homeward Way, at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Friday, March 24, 2006 from 12:00 Noon until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 PM, with Rev. Neil Gabbard, officiating. Burial to follow in Hickory Flat Cemetery.
