Mrs. Basgall was born January 5, 1955, in Rush County, Kansas, the daughter of Edward and Dorothy M. (Crowell) Holopirek. She was a resident of La Crosse, Kansas, for 20 years, moving from Ardmore, Oklahoma. A 1973 graduate of La Crosse High School, La Crosse, Kansas, she was a homemaker.
On May 23, 1974, she married Kenny Basgall at Midwest City, Oklahoma.
Survivors include: her husband, Kenny Basgall, La Crosse, Kansas; and her mother, Dorothy M. Holopirek, Larned, Kansas.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Graveside service will be Monday, October 13, 2014, at 1:00 P.M. at Holy Cross Cemetery, Timken, Kansas, with Father Matthew Kumi officiating. Interment will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery, Timken, Kansas.
