Lydia was the second daughter of a family of five girls and will be remembered for the liveliness and laughter she shared with her family and friends.
She is survived by her four sisters, Donna Marie Melby (Randall) of La Cañada, Ruthann Redfern (Rick), Gina D'Angelo-Cox (Edward) and Maria Theresa Bond all of La Crescenta and six nephews and nieces.

A memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 11 at Montrose Church, 2409 Florencita Ave. in Montrose.
