Charles Wesley Allen II was born the son of the late Charles Wesley Allen and Ora Lucinda Hallowell who were married on 22 May, 1879 in Chelsea, Kennebec County, Maine, he and Edna Viola Clark were married on 16 November, 1920 in Winthrop, Maine. he was an Electronic Genius who could build any Electronic circuit and built the first working tv in Madison County, Kentucky from scratch although he had only one arm he could do more with only one arm than anyone else could do with two arms including use a soldering iron and work on a circuit at the same time, he passed away in Windham, Maine on September 9, 1964 at the age of 77 years old.
