DIED -- RICKETTS -- Sept. 22, 1870, of inflammation of the bowels, Tommy (sic. given name Thomas), infant son of A.C. and Mary Ricketts, aged 7 months and 12 days.

Note: there may once have been a small headstone for this infant, but it is now either missing or buried in the ground, perhaps laying flat.
Evergreen cemetery was established in May 1870 - the first burial was Andrew Ackerman on May 15, 1870, in a directly adjacent plot, so this infant was one of the first to be buried in this new cemetery.
