Margaret Elizabeth ., wife of William Weaver, of Redbank Township, answered the last great call on Thursday morning, Dec. 6, 1917, aged 60 years. She had been in poor health for some time and the end was not unexpected. She was the daughter of Janathan and Rosanna Reinsel and was born on a farm adjoining the home where she died. She was married to William Weaver in 1885 at St. Nicholas Church at Crates, at the same place where was baptized and where her funeral services were held. Her husband and seven children survice her, viz. J.B. Weaver, of Ford City; Walter at Camp Lee, Virginia; Edward J., in the aviation corps, at Nashville, Tenn; Mary, wife of Leason George, of Limestone township, Clyde, Rose and Leona at home. She was one of a large family and her brothers, Ed of Redbank township; D.L., of Limestone township; J.T. Weaver, Esq, of Clarion, and her sisters Mrs. John Aaron, of Meadville; Mrs. P.F. Fiscus, of Porter township; Mrs. William Fiscus, of Apollo, and Cora and Emma on the old homestead were all able to attend the funeral services which were conducted by Rev. Father Fitzgerald on Monday morning last. Her two sons who are volunteers under the stars and stripes were able to be present at the last obsequies which united the whole sorrowing family. She was a good and conscientious wife and mother and a kind neighbor and was always ready to lend a helping hand to any one in need. May she rest in peace.
