Mrs. Georgia Vest

Funeral services for Mrs. Georgia Holcomb Vest, 40, of Troutdale, Va., formerly of East Beckley, were conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in the Troutdale Baptist Church. Burial was in the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in Roanoke, Va.
She died Wednesday following a long illness.
Born May 13, 1923, at Burnwell, she was a daughter of Mrs. J. D. Baumgardner, Johnson City, Tenn., and the late George Holcomb.
Survivors other than her mother include her husband, William Paul Vest; two sons, Levon with the U. S. Marines, Roanoke, Va., and Tommy, at home; two daughters, Karen and Kathy, both at home; three [sic] sisters, Mrs. Donald (Edna) Meadows, Cool Ridge, Mrs. Lloyd (Edith) Fisher, Charleston and [sic] Minneapolis, Minn.
