Daughter of Peter and Elizabeth Karns Insenberg, she married George E. Berringer, was widowed, lived at 927 Buffalo St, Franklin, died there of loss of vitality, per death certificate 15753, whose informant was Bert Berringer of Franklin. Buried Jan 11 1929.
She is listed in cemetery records as Mary Berringer.

Mrs. Lydia Berringer, 86, widow of Albert E. Berringer (should be George) who died 52 years ago, died at 9:40 am Wednesday at the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. Joseph Mong, 927 Buffalo Street. She had been ill since last March of infirmities incident to old age. She was born September 19, 1843 in Cherrytree, Indiana County.

She lived in Franklin the past 52 years, and was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Surviving are a son, Albert E. Berringer of Franklin; two brothers, David Isenburg of Franklin, and William Isenburg of Saxonburg, Butler County; a sister, Mrs. Emma Swift of Franklin; 3 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 pm Friday at Mrs. Mong's home. Interment will be in Franklin Cemetery.
