LINDA L. DAVIDSON, age 66, a resident of Irving for forty-five years, died at home Monday, October 20, 2014. Born September 15, 1948 in Fort Worth, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Vada Shelton Floyd. She married Sam Davidson July 11, 1980 in Dallas. She worked in the printing industry for over thirty-five years, and retired from Williamson Printing in Dallas in 2011. She was active in the water aerobic program at Irving Heritage Center. Survivors include her husband Sam Davidson of Irving; daughters, Misty Davidson, Shannon Davidson, and Shelley Davidson, all of Irving; a brother Jerald Floyd of Fort Worth; and grandson, Hunter Hollinghead of Irving. The family will receive friends 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Donnelly’s Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. The funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving.
