She worked in the loan departments for the First Bank of Coopersburg, the Merchants Bank, and retiring from First Savings of Perkasie. She was the past president of the Quakertown American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post #245, a member of the Coopersburg Historical Society, and the West End Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.
She was predeceased by a brother Gene Ray Benner and a sister Jeannette B. Fosbenner.
A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are in the care of the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., Quakertown.
