Mrs. Carrie Abana Hope Allen, aged 71, of Prattsville (Grant County), widow of John Allen, died Sunday.
She was a native of Prattsville and a member of Harmony Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors are three sons, Bill, Dick and Frank Allen, all of Prattsville; a daughter, Mary Lou Harper of Prattsville; four brothers, Vincent Hope of Tamball, Tex., James Hope of Wallis, Tex., and Oscar Hope of Prattsville; two sisters, Mary Soloman of Bryant and Vivian Hope of Fort Worth, Tex., eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Funeral Will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Harmony Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Philadelphia Cemetery by Buie Funeral Home of Sheridan.
