WOODLAND (Washington County) - Mildred L. Hunnewell, 67, died Oct. 20, 1997, at an Ellsworth hospital after a long illness. She was born in Alexander, Aug. 28, I930, the daughter of Earl and Nettie (Hunnewell) Aurelius. She was a member of the Peoples United Methodist Church of Woodland. Surviving are one son, Ricky and his wife, Dianne Hunnewell of Ellsworth; one brother, Bradford and his wife, Marion Hunnewell of Alexander; two grandchildren, Jonathan and Nicholas Hunnewell, both of Ellsworth; several cousins. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Scott-Wilson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. James Shook officiating. Burial will be in the Woodland cemetery. Friends who wish may make donations in her memory to the American Cancer Society.
