Civil War "Centre Hill Guards" Hiram James Adolphus Washington Bushrod Cox and Martha Ann Hill married in Gwinnett Co Georgia May 16,1852. According to H.J. Cox's obit, he's stated as "Major Cox" death and that he's buried at House burying ground. H.J. Cox was in nearly every well known historical and major battle, including Fredericksburg and Gettysburg. He was in the Civil War the entire war.
