By 1910 they had moved back to Jefferson County are are found in Antwerp (DYE WARREN A 76 M W NY NY JEFFERSON ANTWERP 1910; Series: T624 Roll: 953 Page: 94).

His obituary appeared in the Watertown Herald, (Watertown, NY: Jan 14, 1911, p. 4, col. 3):
Paralysis Proves Fatal. Antwerp, Jan. 13.?Warren A. Dye, a well known resident of Antwerp, who was stricken with paralysis about a week before, died at his home in Washington street last Saturday morning, [which would be Jan 14; compiler's note] aged ?7 years. He is survived by his widow and three sons, Elsworth and Milton Dye of Hinckley and Ernest Dye of Antwerp. The funeral was held Monday afternoon at the house. Interment was made in Hillside cemetery.
