Judson W. Foust, former president of Central Michigan University, died Friday at Central Michigan Community Hospital.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Malcolm Brown officiating.
The family suggests memorial be given to the American Cancer Society or to the Judson W. Foust Loan Fund at Central Michigan University.
Foust was born in Ann Arbor Jan. 4, 1902. He married Virginia Sutherland on Aug. 20, 1924. They lived in Mount Pleasant for 50 years.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia, two sons, Donald of Edwardsburg and Robert of Traverse City; three daughters, Mrs. Jean Legate of San Jose, Cal, Mrs. Jean Hocking of El Paso, Texas and Mrs Janice Copeland of Sacremento, Cal; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
