BELSKY, Marilyn A. Of Burton, MI and Sunrise, FL, age 79, died Saturday, October 25, 2014 at her residence. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Dinner will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Gallaudet University Alumni Association or the Michigan School for the Deaf. Marilyn was born on Sioux City, Iowa on August 27, 1935, the daughter of the late Clifford and Hazel (Youngren) Dunnington. On June 16, 1962, she married Martin Belsky in Sioux City, Iowa and he preceded her in death in 2013. Marilyn was a substitute teacher at the Michigan School for the Deaf for 35 years. She was a member of the Flint Association of the Deaf, Gallaudet University Alumni Association and was also a long-time member of the U-Club card group. Surviving are daughters, Marta (BC) and Marianne Belsky; sisters-in-law, Barbara (Ben) and Irene Bess; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and close friend, Natalie Grupido.
