Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Roselee Hogan; two daughters, Miss Margaret Hogan of Tampa, Fla., and Mrs. Hugh Whatley of Opelika, Ala.; two sons, C. E. Hogan Jr. of Augusta and R. Allen Hogan of North Augusta; four grandchildren, two brothers, D. W. Hogan and Clarence Hogan, both of Augusta; and one sister, Mrs. John Bailey of Seneca, S. C.
