MRS. CHASE L. CLARK

Mrs. Chase L. Clark, 93, of 4709 New Carlisle Pike, died in the residence of a daughter at 10:10 p.m. Wednesday following an extended illness.

She was born in Hocking County, July 21, 1888, a daughter of Thomas and Sarah Griner Lehman and had resided in the Springfield area most of her life. She was employed at the Clark County Children's Home and at Springfield City Hospital as nurse's aid, retiring in December, 1954. Mrs. Clark was a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church of Donnelsville.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth (Grace Adell) Yarger, Springfield; a sister, Mrs. Isabelle Hansel, Columbus; a grandson; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Her husband, James H., died in 1931. Three brothers and three sisters are deceased.

Her body was taken to the Ingling-Williams Funeral Home, Springfield, where friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7-9 p.m. Friday. Services will be held there at 10 a.m. Saturday in the charge of Rev. Harold Figley. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.

Contributions may be made to the First Lutheran Church of Donnelsville.
