Mr. Laskowski was a Tarrant County sheriff's deputy. He was trained in radiology and eventually became a radiology instructor. In the Air Force, Mr. Laskowski was assigned to several posts in the United States and one in Thailand until he ended up at Carswell Air Force Base in March 1972. In 1982, he retired from the Air Force as a master sergeant and worked for City Center Security until 1988, when he became a full-time paid deputy. He retired in 2005 but returned as a part-time deputy at the family courts building in downtown Fort Worth until he became ill. Mr. Laskowski was also a 33rd-degree Scottish Rite Mason and active in the Moslah Shrine Temple in Fort Worth.D: Ft.Worth, Tx. Buried: 04/03/06. Survived by wife, Judy Laskowski.
