Lena May Bellinger of Eugene died March 21 of age-related causes. She was 101.
She was born July 19, 1904, near Ardmore, Okla. A resident of Eugene for 22 years, she was a veteran traveler, loved animals and enjoyed church activities.
Survivors include two daughters, Della Grimes of Eugene and Delores Cava of California; a son, Gerald McMillan of Springfield; a sister, Lorraine Mathews of California; 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 23 great- great-grandchildren.
A memorial celebration will be held at Fern Ridge Lake this summer. England's Eugene Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Eugene Mission.
