Eighth daughter of the Honorable Thomas and Mary Belle "Polly" (Poage) Wilson. Her father was a US Congressman who served one term in the US House of Representatives from March 4, 1811 until March 3, 1813. Home district of Morgantown, (West) Virginia.

Agnes Wilson was the seventh child of Mary Poage (see page 1128) and Rev. Homer Jackson Clark had the five children who come next:—

1. 19651. Emily Woods Clark, m. John H. Stewart of Pittsburgh, Pa, and had at least one child, Homer Clark Stewart, of Pittsburgh.

2. 19652. Louisa Lowrie Clark, Columbus, Ohio; m. Rev. Jacob Keagle, and had a daughter, Anna Keagle, and another that m. an Everett.

3. 19653. Stephen Russell Clark, b. 1834, grad Alleghany (Pa) Coll, colonel 13th Ohio Volunteers in the Civil War, supt Deaf School and employee in Ohio State House at Columbus; d. Pittsburgh, Pa, in the home of a daughter, Dec 22, 1921; m. Adele Jack, dau . Jack and Eliza Holmes—four children.

4. 19654. Mary Wilson Clark, b. Meadville, Pa, July 16, 1838, grad Pittsburgh schools, d. there Dec 2, 1911; m. Sep 20, 58, Rev A. B. Castle MD and DD, son Levi Castle, chaplain 115th Ohio Volunteer Infantry in the Civil War with rank of captain, grad Hahnemann School of Medicine in 80, minister Methodist Church by 1912 twenty five years—four children.

5. 19655. Annie Woods Clark, b. Meadville, Pa, Aug 21, 1843, grad Mt Union Coll, Ohio, d. Columbus, Ohio, July 3, 1907, m. Mar 29, 66 Charles T. Clark, lawyer, son Alexander E. C and Adeline Goff, Captain Co F 125th Ohio Volunteer Infantry, in the Civil War, lived sometime at Orrville—five children.
