Mrs. Florence Marie Cairer was born Nov. 1, 1894 in Windosr, daughter of John A. and Mary A. Zallicker Thompson. She was married to Moses C. Cairer on Nov. 21, 1914. He preceded her in death Sept. 7, 1974.

Florence died Monday at her home in Sedalia, aged 83 years. She is survived by three sons, William F., John Lee and M. C. Cairer, Jr, and three daughters, Mrs. John (Ruth Elizabeth) Flemng, Mrs. Reno (Dorothy Jean) Heimsoth and Mrs. Billy (Kathryn Melvina) Wooster.

She is also survived by four sisters, Miss Della Thompson, Mrs. Art (Irene ) Strain, Mrs. Susie Davis and Mrs. Ruby Patrick. - Sedalia Democrat - Wednesday, January 4, 1978 pg.5
