United States Army Air Forces 1st Lt. Ara J. Adams, a B-24 bombardier/navigator whose aircraft crashed in Germany during World War II, on April 5. 1945. He was seen to bail out before the plane crashed but was never found and presumed dead. His brother Arsham was also killed in the war and was buried here during a joint memorial service for both brothers. Also known as Ara Adams.
