Passed away THursday afaternoon, June 2, 1977. Mr. Barrett was born Oct. 28, 1909, in Wisconsin, had been a resident of this community for the past 60 years. He was a retired supervisor for Fuller Mfg. Co. Preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte, in 1965. Surviving are two sons, Michael of Kalamazoo, and Timothy of Kankakee, IL; 4 grandchildren, 3 brothers, Glenn, Delbert, and Walter, all of Kalamazoo; 3 sisters, Sister Mary Augustine SSJ, Mrs. Frances Rix, both of Kalamazoo, Mrs. Grace Pomerlou of California.
Friends may call at the Donovan Funeral Home, 447 W. South St., beginning Saturday afternoon, where the rosary will be recited Sunday evening at 7:30. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated Monday morning 10 a.m., St. Augustine Cathedral. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Grand Rapids.
