Auther Francis Lowe was in a member of the United States Flying Corps during WWI. He was also a Patrolman in the 78th Precinet in Brooklyn, New York. He was shot and killed on July 22,1922. He was giving an inspectors Funeral the highest honor that can be paid of the force. I have the whole story of his death and funeral but it's too long to put here. He died a Hero.
Arthur was my Great Grand Aunts Anna V. Lowe nee Smith's brother-in-law.
He is Famous in Brooklyn, New York and has a P.A.L building named after him.
