Fayetteville Man Killed By Truck.
Fayetteville, June 2. Ewell Davis, 21, of near Fayetteville was killed instantly about 8 o’clock this morning at Yukon, when he fell from the back of a milk truck in such a way that the left wheel of the truck passed over him. The truck was owned and driven by Knox Carter by whom Mr. Davis had been employed for about one month to take the milk from the truck to houses. Yukon is a small town about 14 miles from Fayetteville.
Services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the State Line church with Elder R. A. Largen officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery with Raby funeral home in charge.
Surviving are the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henderson Davis; two sisters, Mrs. C. H. Bain and Mrs. E. B. McDaniel, and one brother, Alton Davis, all of Lincoln County.

Fayetteville, June 2.
