Thomas Korbal, Sr., 61, of 921 South 22nd street, died early Sunday morning at the Holy Family hospital following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Pfeffer funeral home and at 9 o’clock at St. Mary Catholic church, the Rev.
John Landowski officiating. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery.
Mr. Korbal was born in Stevens Point in 1886 and 38 years ago married Miss Agnes Mrotek.
Two years later they moved to this city.
He was employed as a molder at the Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry company.
He is survived by his wife; four sons Carl, Russell, Thomas Jr., and William all of this city; six daughters Mrs. Edward Fritsch, Mrs. Louis Roedig, Mrs. Andrew Junk and Mrs. Leonard Riemer of this city, Mrs. Al Stueber of Two Rivers and Mrs. Albert Barbier of Branch; two brothers Frank of Nekoosa, Wis.; and Joseph of Stevens Point; sister, Sister Margaret of Winona, Minn.; and 11
grandchildren.
The body may be viewed at the Pfeffer funeral home after 7 o’clock tonight, where the rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
