She was the daughter of Delmar and Florence (Holt) Conrad. On Jan 17, 1946, she married John Edward "Jack" Phillips, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are two sons: Rev. Dan (Raelene), Fostoria, and Joe (Cathie), Elida; a sister, Janet (Bob) Calvert, Spencerville; and four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Loren; and two sisters: Beatrice "Bea" Aab and Wanda Hooker.
She worked at Ex-Cello of Lima, Artex, and for many years at Elder-Beerman in the Lima Mall. She was formerly involved in the Fleur De Lis Garden Club of Lima, She lived the last several years of her life at Elmcroft Senior Living Community of Lima.
Services will be at Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services, Shawnee Chapel, with Rev. Rob White officiating.
