James Lindsey, deceased. John W. Lindsey administrator. Heirs residing out of state are: Sarah, wife of William Brown, Texas; Elizabeth, wife of Wilson Hood, Tenn.; and Sebrew, wife of Jefferson Pate, Indian Territory.

House on fire and in hurriedly descending a steep flight of steps, he fell to the ground and was stunned. While still unconscious, heavy trunks were thrown from the house and inflicted mortal injuries.
