Barbara Ellen "Bobbie" Laymance, 72, a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, went to be with the Lord Thursday, Nov. 13, 2014, after a courageous battle with cancer. Funeral: 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Olivet. Bobbie was born June 2, 1942, in Royce City to P.W. and Mary Elizabeth Smith. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Tracy; her parents; and three brothers. Survivors: Children, Travis, Tina, Tammy, Tonja and Troy; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and three sisters.
