June married Albert Terrell on October 4, 1947. June loved being a homemaker; cooking and taking care of their two boys: John and Glenn.
After her sons were grown, she worked at Sears and then at KSU. June loved to cook and was always excited about new recipes. She loved attending her great-grandkids events, having conversations over coffee at her kitchen table, playing cards and shopping.
In her younger years she loved bowling, doing ceramics, roller skating and traveling around the United States. Her prized role was that as "Gram". She was a legendary Grandmother, full of support and encouragement. Relationships were important to her and she touched many lives, young and old.
June is survived by her grandchildren: Scott and Jennifer Terrell, Menasha Wis., Kris Terrell, Boise Idaho and Jennifer Paris, Jackson Wis.;
The lights of her life - great grandchildren: Jordan and Cody Terrell and Emma Paris.
She is also survived by her four sisters: Patricia (Ron) Harper, Margaret "Peggy" Richard, Sue (Mrs. Alfred) Eisenzoph and Judy (Jerry) Broderick;
several nieces and nephews;
members of Al's family and daughter-in-law, Bette Harbick, along with her family. She is also survived by the countless young adults who have fond memories and are better people for knowing "Gram".
In addition to her parents, June was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Terrell;
her two sons: Glenn and John Leonard Terrell [4/22/1949-5/9/2005];
