He was a native of Comerio, Puerto Rico. He had lived in Interlachen for the past five years, coming from Brooklyn, N.Y. He had formerly worked as a sugar cane harvesting foreman in Puerto Rico.
His funeral was Saturday at Masters Funeral Home in Interlachen with Rev. John J. "Jack" Heerey officiating. Burial was in Pine Lawn Cemetery in Mannville. (Palatka Daily News Obituary dtd 27 Mar 1995.)
