She married Charles Humphries in 1961.
She never learned to drive and was a homemaker. She had renal disease and did dialysis for a good portion of her life. She was always incredible grateful for the care provided to her by Greenville Dialysis.
She was a prolific sewer and quilter. Until she was physically no longer able, she would craft pillows and/or blankets for nearly ever member of the staff at Dialysis.
She enjoyed spending time at Lake Greenwood fishing with her husband or hanging out with her grandchildren whether it be to do crafts, work in the garden or play canasta.
