Dan Dobrzeniecki, passed away peacefully in the early hours of the morning on Wednesday, November 19th in the hospice unit of St. Mary's Hospital in Livonia. He waged a valiant battle against the lymphoma that was ravaging his weakened body and appeared to be making progress in his recovery when his condition suddenly worsened in the past six weeks. Even Dan's perennial optimism was not enough to overcome the scourge of this disease, which weakened him, caused him much pain, and eventually took his life.
Loving brother to Loretta (John) DeHate. Caring uncle to Kellee DeHate and Jenna DeHate. Great-uncle to Audrina. Predeceased by parents John and Mary and his sister Theresa Dobrzeniecki. Also survived by many cousins and friends.
