Anson E. "Andy" Addis, 86, of 3509 NE Monroe died Tuesday, April 21, 1992, at Proctor Hospital.
Born Dec. 14, 1905, in Yates City to George and Cora Geer Addis, he married Elsie M. Kiesewetter Barker on Dec. 8, 1932, in Pekin.
She survives, along with four daughters, Mrs. Dewey (Patricia) Senti, Mrs. Arnold (Mary) Ehlen, Audrey Addis and Barbara Freeman, all of Peoria; and two brothers, Dean of Yates City and James of Shelbyville. Two sisters and two brothers preceded him in death.
He worked at International Paper for 14 years, retiring in the 1970s.
Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery.
