Elizabeth Edith Carson was born 12 Jan 1874 in California. She was the daughter of John Carson and Elizabeth Campbell. On 4 April 1891 she married Louis Albert Nieman in San Jose, Santa Clara County, California. Together they had two daughters: Genevieve Gertrude and Loretta Mae. By 10 Sept 1897 Lizzie was compelled to divorce Louis for dissertion. She was awarded custody and alimony of $10 per month. On 28 April 1910 Lizzie married Bryon Wesley Dangerfield, a Canadian like her parents. Lizzie died at home with Wesley on 21 April 1930 and was buried in the Community Mausoleum at Oak Hill. Wesley died 19 years later on 22 Dec 1949. He is buried in Santa Clara's Mission City Memorial Park.
