Mrs. Lillian Mleziva, 68, of Kellnersville, died Wednesday morning, April 25, 1990, at Holy Family Medical Center, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic church, Kellnersville. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. William J. Eberhardy with burial to follow in the parish cemetery.
She was born October 18, 1921, in the Town of Franklin, daughter of the late Wencil and Mary Swoboda Frish. She attended school in Menchalville. She married Louis S. Mleziva on October 23, 1940, at St. Joseph Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on July 23, 1983. The couple farmed in the Town of Gibson for 36 years, retiring in 1978 and moving to Kellnersville. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Kellnersville and the Rosary Society of the church.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, James and Colleen of the Town of Kossuth; two daughters and sons-in-law, Irene and Robert Hessel of Francis Creek and Marjorie and Patrick O’Leary of Denmark; and nine grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, one brother and two sisters.
Friends may call at the Saur Funeral Home on Friday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church from 9 a.m. with morning prayers at 9:30 a.m and funeral liturgy at 10:30 a.m. Prayer service will be held 7:30 p.m. Friday evening led by Father Eberhardy and the Rosary Society will conduct rosary services at 8:15 p.m.
